These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ScripterKey's website, products, and services — including MailCRM, Mail Deck, Case Management System, scripterkey.com, and our shop (together, the "Services"), operated by ScripterKey ("we," "us," "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using any ScripterKey product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent, and that you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

ScripterKey provides production-grade SaaS software, including:

• MailCRM — a bulk email marketing platform with Google Workspace integration, campaign automation, and delivery analytics.
• Mail Deck — B2B lead generation and verification software.
• Case Management System — practice management software for legal professionals.
• Custom digital agency services — website, CRM, ERP, and bespoke software development.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

3. Account Registration

To use most of our Services, you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at scripterkey@gmail.com.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain Services are billed on a subscription or one-time purchase basis. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase, in the currency shown.
• Provide accurate billing information and authorize us (via our payment processors, Razorpay and PayPal) to charge your chosen payment method.
• Automatic renewal of recurring subscriptions unless cancelled before the renewal date, where applicable.

Prices are subject to change; we will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes affecting active subscriptions.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. Digital products purchased through our shop are generally non-refundable once delivered/downloaded, except where required by law or at our discretion for verified technical faults. For refund requests, contact scripterkey@gmail.com and we will review each case individually.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or violate applicable anti-spam laws (e.g. sending campaigns to purchased or unverified lists without consent).
• Transmit malware, harmful code, or attempt to breach the security of our systems or other users' data.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label our Services without a written agreement with us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use section.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, logos, trademarks, and content that make up the ScripterKey Services are the property of ScripterKey and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services — it does not transfer ownership of any underlying software or content to you.

You retain full ownership of the data, content, email lists, leads, and case records you upload to our platforms.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep our Services available and performant around the clock through 24/7 cron automation and monitored infrastructure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (e.g. Google Workspace, payment processors), or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary disruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately; certain provisions (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
